A few months ago I hosted Summer School for Coaches and it was certainly a highlight of my summer! I know the summer is a busy time and not everyone was able to attend. You can now purchase the recordings of the first three Summer School sessions!

Include are:

-Team Building Best Practices Part #1: Understanding Check-ins, establishing guidelines, learning the Experiential Learning Cycle, & embracing an experiential approach.

-Team Building Best Practices Part #2: Selecting activities, establishing rules & roles, learning when to step in, debriefing a session & connecting to action, and where to find quality activities.

-Mental Health and Student-Athletes Q & I: We are calling this session a "Q & I" which stands for "Questions and Insights." Mental health for student-athletes is complex, contextual, and very layered so our approach will be to hear from therapists who have different skills and have trained in different modalities. They will be sharing their insights rather than over-simplified answers. The three therapists who will be a part of this session work in a variety of mental health settings outside of athletics. I want to have this conversation with people outside of the athletic system with the hope that we can learn new perspectives to apply in athletics.
